Retirement Benefit Percentages Chart
Under the Colorado Springs New Hire Pension Plan - Fire Component, there are four types of retirement: normal retirement, deferred retirement, early retirement and vested retirement. This chart illustrates the percentage of pay you may receive in the form of a retirement benefit based on a) the years of service you accumulate and b) the age you will be when you retire.

Please note: If you do not work your last full payroll period, the Final Average Salary (FAS) will be affected. Please contact FPPA if you have any questions.
