FPPA's 457 Deferred Compensation Plan

The FPPA 457 Deferred Compensation Plan is offered to assist Members with their retirement savings needs. This plan offers a convenient way for members to voluntarily set aside money for future needs and get a current tax break. Advantages of this plan include: the convenience of saving through payroll deduction; lower current income taxes; and tax-deferred growth on account earnings.

Default Investment Selection
Any new contributions that do not have an active investment election will be directed to a Fidelity Freedom Fund that most closely matches your expected retirement date, based on your date of birth. If you are new to contributing to FPPA's 457 Deferred Compensation Plan or have been contributing for many years - sign up for access to your account on Fidelity's web site and make sure your funds are directed where you want them!

Use this form to start, change or stop your contributions to the FPPA 457 Deferred Compensation Plan. Once you have completed this form, please submit it to YOUR PAYROLL DEPARTMENT.
Transfer Form
Use this form to transfer a balance from another eligible deferred compensation plan into the FPPA 457 Deferred Compensation Plan. This form comes bundled in a packet with complete instructions and may be requested by calling FPPA at (303) 770-3772 in the Denver Metro area or (800) 332-3772 toll free nationwide. You may also request the form directly from Fidelity Investments by calling (800) 343-0860.
