Statewide Money Purchase Plan

As a member of the Statewide Money Purchase Plan, you have the opportunity to direct the investment of your contributions and your employer’s contributions made on your behalf. It is your option to invest your contributions in a variety of funds, each with their own varying risk levels. FPPA offers a choice of over 20 different funds. You may redirect your contributions or reallocate your member account balance between the various funds on a daily basis via the telephone or the Internet.

Participation
If your employer has adopted this plan for pension coverage, you become eligible for membership in the plan on the first day of employment, provided that the employer withholds member contributions on your behalf and the necessary forms for administration of the plan are completed and submitted to FPPA.

Fidelity Investments®
Fidelity Investments provides recordkeeping services and investment options for all existing account balances and ongoing contributions made to the Statewide Money Purchase Plan.

Default Investment Selection
Any new contributions that do not have an active investment election will be directed to a Fidelity Freedom Fund that most closely matches your expected retirement date, based on your date of birth. If you are new to the Statewide Money Purchase Plan or have had an account for many years - sign up for access to your account on Fidelity's web site and make sure your funds are directed where you want them!

Mutual funds available through the plan reserve the right to modify or withdraw the exchange privilege.
Unless otherwise noted, transaction requests confirmed after the close of the market, normally 2pm MST or on weekends or holidays, will receive the next available closing prices.
