The Fire & Police Members' Self-Directed Investment Fund

The FPPA Board of Directors administers the following self-directed plans while Fidelity Investments has been selected to provide record keeping and investment management services. Members of these plans may self-direct the investment of their accounts within the options selected by the Board:

• Statewide Hybrid Plan - Statewide Money Purchase Component,
• certain Deferred Retirement Option Plans (DROP) which are self-directed,
• and the FPPA 457 Deferred Compensation Plan
