Premium Payments Under
The Pension Protection Act (PPA) Provision
Generally, premiums for individual policies are paid by the insured directly to the insurance company. However, under the Pension Protection Act (PPA) certain premiums for individual policies may be deducted from your FPPA pension check.

FPPA Contracted Insurance Service Provider
State law authorizes FPPA to enter into contracts with carriers to provide insurance plans for retirees. Under this provision FPPA has chosen The HUB International / Gemini Group, Inc. to help retirees locate individual insurance polices.
